Among the rule of the materials “OF [UNIPOL]” are represented the chemically resistant paints: stamp B, before, [VE], [VU], V -[Se]. Stamp B: the chemically resistant and waterproof covering, which maintains for a long time the action of the concentrated solutions of salts and alkalis, is formed. It is used for the protection of warehouse accomodations and transport for the transportation of mineral fertilizers, and also equipment, which has straight contact as far as water. Stamp [v]: is formed chemically resistant coating to the mineral acids of average and high concentrations (sulfuric, salt, phosphoric, carbon, hydrofluoric and the like) at temperatures to plus of 50o[S]. Enamel is intended for the corrosion protection of metallic and ferroconcrete constructions, conduits, internal surfaces of capacities, which work before the aggressive media. Stamp [VE]: counter before the concentrated and dilute acids, before the concentrated and diluted alkalis, and also on Wednesday oxidizers - chromates, dichromates, permanganates of [i].[t].[d]. Stamp [VU]: is formed especially chemically resistant coating to the majority of highly aggressive media, including to the concentrated mineral acids, in particular to the nitric acid, and also, to oils. Stamp V -[Se]: is formed the coating, steadfast in the atmosphere of the industrial medium of that moderated and cold climatic zones, and also to the aggressive media (solutions of alkalis), to the petroleum products (petroleum products, lubricating oils, gasoline, crude oil). Also coating has good decorative properties, it is stable to the washing solutions, while it also possesses the prolonged period of operation, which makes it possible to use this coating for painting transportation means. Among the materials “OF [UNIPOL]” there are both the single-component compositions and two-component compositions. The advantage of the two-component enamels “OF [UNIPOL]” is their large period of viability, which is especially important during painting of steel articles directly on the objects. The obtained coatings “FOR THE SAKE OF [UNIPOL]” possess high strength down the impact and the bend, by elasticity, by high adhesion to the metal and the concrete, by resistance to the action of mineral acids, salts, alkalis, mineral oils, water and other aggressive media. The dependence dated Wednesday of the operation of constructions the thickness of the coatings “FOR THE SAKE OF [UNIPOL]” has the different values: from 120 to 500[mkm].
