“[INTUMESTERM] paint” is tested down the fire-retardant effectiveness before the specialized organization, which has the appropriate accreditation, with the formulation of the certificate of fire safety.

Paint is the distending itself closegrained fire-retardant cover system for the carrying steel constructions.

Surface preparation
The surface of the metal structures before the application of coating must be preliminary purified of mud, rust, slag and old paint. Cleaning can be produced by the manual or mechanized method. Fatty pollution beyond the surface it is necessary to remove by organic solvents or by the washing compositions throughout the beginning of mechanical cleaning in accordance with ALL-UNION STATE STAN. 9.402. After cleaning of metal structures the surface must be protected by ground [GF]-021 with a thickness of up to 0,05 mm.

Method of application
Before the application fire-retardant paint must be thoroughly mixed throughout entire volume during 5 minutes in a mechanized manner or during 15 minutes by hand, after which they maintain before the putting around the disappearance of bubbles not less than 10 minutes. For the best of the hiding power of surface and achievement of the necessary (working) viscosity it is necessary to add the solvent before the direct application of material before a quantity to 10% of the total volume. Sediment on the bottom of container is not allowed. Diluents: toluene, xylene. The same solvents can be used for the washing of tool, container and spots.

The expenditure of paint during putting of one layer composes 400-600 [g]/[m]2.
For obtaining the layer of coating 1,75 mm it is necessary to apply not less 3rd layers. The expenditure of composition in this case will compose 2,6 [kg]/[m]2.

Storage, the guarantee
