Field of application
Antifouling paint priming enamel [UNIPOL]® stamp AT forms thermoresistant and weatherproof anticorrosive coating. Antifouling paint priming enamel is intended for the anticorrosive protection of steel surfaces, technological equipment (gas-, steam pipelines, the elements of the systems of cold and hot water supply, the chimney stacks of [i].[t].[d]), which are undergone before the process of operation the action of the temperature to + 200o[S]. It possesses high decorative properties. It is supplied before the complete set with the [strukturiruyushchey] additive (5% about).

Surface preparation under the anticorrosive protection
From welded joints to clean the welding slag (flux) and the layers of slag. By grinding to remove incisions, burrs, welding drops, to round off sharp edges, angles, teeth, the welds. For the removal of the interfering layers it is possible to use scrapers, chisels. Work should be performed in such a way as not to disrupt weld strength.
Beyond the surface must be absent the lubricant, the marking paint and other substances (mineral pollution, water-soluble salts), which influence the quality of surface preparation.
If necessary, before conducting of abrasive- jet cleaning, for the removal of organic pollution it is necessary to use a solvent (mineral spirits according to GOST 3134). Degreasing to produce down degree of 1 (ALL-UNION STATE STAN. 9.402).
The metallic surface of the constructions, which are subject down anticorrosive protection, must be cleaned down the degree of cleaning S[a] 2,5 (ISO 8501-1) or down the degree of cleaning 2 (ALL-UNION STATE STAN. 9.402).
Before the dyeing the surface must be dry and clean.

Putting conditions
Antifouling paint priming enamel is allowed to bring at an ambient temperature and painted surface from minus of 10o[S] to 30o[S] and high relative humidity of air. The surface temperature must be higher than the dewpoint not less than as far as 3o[S]. It is forbidden to tincture the surface, which is subject down anticorrosive protection, covered for the sake of hoarfrost and ice crust.

Method of putting the antifouling paint
Antifouling paint priming enamel can be brought by brush, by roller, by the methods of airless and air-stream atomization.

Expenditure, the thickness of anticorrosive coating
Recommended thickness of anticorrosive coatings 140 - 160 m depending on operating conditions. The theoretical flow rate of the antifouling paint of priming enamel for one layer 100 m composes tentatively 0,22 [kg]/[m]2. Practical expenditure depends on many factors: the equipment used, the degree of preparation and complexity (form) of surface, weather conditions, qualification of personnel and so forth

The time of interlamination drying indicated depends on number of the factors: the diluent used, the air circulation, ambient temperature, thicknesses anticorrosive film and the like and considerably it decreases with grow prettier ventilation, also, before open air.
The complete set of the physicomechanical properties of anticorrosive coating occurs during 5-6 days (t=20oC, [f]=65%). Preparation of anticorrosive priming enamel at the point of the work
Before the application anticorrosive enamel they thoroughly intermix throughout entire volume and mix up with the [strukturiruyushchey] additive. The expenditure of the [strukturiruyushchey] additive is 1 kgf on 19 kgf of the antifouling paint of priming enamel [SBE]-111 “OF [UNIPOL]” ® stamp AT. Then the obtained mixture thoroughly is intermixed throughout entire volume with the use of a manual or mechanical tool. Anticorrosive priming enamel must be uniform before the color and the consistency. Sediment on the bottom of container is not allowed. Before the putting anticorrosive priming enamel it is necessary to maintain not less than 10 minutes.
Of for achievement necessary viscosity is allowed the dilution of anticorrosive priming enamel [UNIPOL] to 5% of the total volume. Xylene or solvent are used as the diluents

Are used solvent, xylene, toluene.

Storage
Not to heat. To take care from the fire. Anticorrosive composition to store before the solidly closed container, protecting from the action of heat, the straight lines of the solar of rays and moisture. Guarantee period of storage before the hermetically sealed container of manufacturing plant - six months based on the day of production.
