PRIMING ENAMEL “OF [UNIPOL] " ® stamp AP TU 2312-001-59846005-2003
Field of application Priming enamel [SBE]-111 “OF [UNIPOL]” ® stamp AP is intended for the putting beyond any mineral surface (concrete, brick, plastering, putty so forth) and surface protection from the mechanical and chemical actions. Priming enamel [SBE]-111 [UNIPOL]® stamp AP adapts for the device of the feeding seamless outdoor coatings of industrial and civil designation before the accomodations with the average mechanical loads.
Surface preparation of the concrete Concrete surface must be flat, clean and dry. According to SNIP (Construction norms and regulations) 3.04.03 the humidity of concrete is allowed not more than 4%. The surface of concrete must be evened and removed based on it lime milk, upper fragile layer of concrete and remainders of old coatings. After the surface treatment it is necessary to remove dust, sand, swarf and other pollution from the zone of painting. The presence on the concrete of the spots of the machine oil or other chemical compositions is inadmissible.
Putting conditions Priming enamel is allowed to bring at an ambient temperature and painted surface from 0o[S] to plus of 35o[S]. The surface temperature must be higher than the dewpoint not less than as far as 3o[S]. It is forbidden to tincture the surfaces wet, covered for the sake of hoarfrost and ice crust.
Method of the putting Priming enamel can be brought by brush, by roller, by airless dispersion.
Expenditure, the thickness of the coating The recommended thickness of coatings is 400-700 m depending on operating conditions. The theoretical flow rate of priming enamel for one layer 100 m composes tentatively 0,28 [kg]/[m]2. Practical expenditure depends on many factors: the equipment used, the degree of preparation and complexity (form) of surface, weather conditions, qualification of personnel and so forth For the grounding of surface uses the diluted enamel [SBE]-111 “OF [UNIPOL]” ® stamp AP, obtained during the addition of solvent from calculation by 1:1 about the volume.
