At present wide acceptance feeding polymeric hems acquire. The wide variety of the properties of different systems of feeding sexes makes their application in the accomodations of practically any designation possible: machine shops, autos-service, food and pharmaceutical productions, stores and convention centers. The correct preparation of base is the basic condition of obtaining the high-quality feeding sex. It must be durable, flat, with the rough surface, without the shells, dents and cracks.

Polymeric coatings possess the wide range of characteristics and can satisfy in effect all requirements, presented down the industrial sexes - strength, hygiene, resistance to abrasive wear. All polymeric compositions should be brought on the dry concrete with the humidity not more than 4%, or the surface they finish by moisture-proof materials.

About the nature of these connecting coating they occur on the basis of epoxy, polyurethane, methylmethacrylate and polyester compositions. Properties of each type of bonding agent are sufficiently wide, and accurately to determine, for what accomodations in the best way is suitable one or other product or another sufficiently complicatedly.

Feeding hems according to the following diagram are arranged: the preparation of base - the priming of surface - putting base layer. For giving to coating the additional strength characteristics are used the additives of quartz sand or crumb, which makes sex nonskid even before the wet medium. There are also fillers, which make it possible to make the sex, which possesses electro-conductive properties.

The closegrained coloring polymeric coatings of sexes are used for averting of [pyleniya] and protection of concrete and cement- polymeric sexes from the action of aggressive media, and also giving to sex of decorativeness. These are the extended and cheap systems. Mechanical loads beyond the hems must be small (pedestrian zones), and the action of aggressive media have a nature of random straits. Special importance in this case has a quality of base. These are strength, evenness and the absence of cracks, since precisely it determines the performance properties of sex as a whole”…
