Stamp A instruction beyond the putting

the single-component enamel [SBE]-111 [UNIPOL]® stamp A is produced beyond the natural rubber- resin modified basis.

Divisions of the instruction:
Specific special features
Enamel is allowed to bring at an ambient temperature from minus of 25°[S] to plus of 35°[S] and with the humidity to 100%, due to the conditions of fog, and also down the moist surface of metal structures.
Special features of putting enamel due to the conditions of fog and during the putting beyond the moist surface: the thickness of the first layer (dry) - 40-50 m, putting the second layer is allowed after 1 hour during drying of film down the degree “of 3”.
Putting enamel is allowed when, beyond the surface of the metal, the tightly coupled rust is present, not more than 50 m.
Coating on the basis of the enamel [SBE]-111 [UNIPOL]® stamp A can overlap for the sake of paints on the basis vinyl, epoxy, urethane, rubber and other bases. Color of any at will customer.
Special features of putting enamel beyond the moist surface
is added the special additive “Of [unipol]-[PDV]” before quantity 10% of the total volume of priming enamel, first layer necessary for the putting. I.e., down the priming enamel is added “[Unipol]-[PDV]”, mixture is mixed by hand during 15 minutes or by mixer around obtaining of uniform mass. The obtained composition they are used for putting the first layer. The recommended thickness of the first layer is 40-50 m. The additive “Of [unipol]-[PDV]” is necessary due to the conditions of high humidity and during the putting beyond the moist surfaces.
Field of application
Corrosion protection of metallic and ferroconcrete constructions (including conduits, metallic containers, metallic ferroconcrete supports, drain chutes, metallic reservoirs, steel and metallic roofs, different capacities, water pipes and of air ducts, for painting the mobile train so forth) in the industrial atmosphere of the moderate climatic zone at a temperature from minus of 50°C to plus of 100°[S].
Surface preparation
Cleaning the surface of metal from different kind of pollution, friable rust, weakly held slag, old paint to the degree not less than St3 on ISO 8501.
Method of the putting
enamel can be brought by brush, roller, methods of airless and air-stream atomization.
Expenditure, the thickness of the coating
The recommended thickness of coatings 180-300 m depending on conditions the [ekspluatatsii].[Teoreticheskiy] expenditure of enamel for one layer 100 m composes tentatively 0,22 [kg]/[m]2. Practical discharge depends on many factors: the equipment used, the degree of preparation and complexity (form) of surface, weather conditions, qualification of personnel and so forth
Drying (hardening)

The time of drying coating indicated is given tentative, it depends on number of the factors: the diluent used, the air circulation, ambient temperature, thicknesses film and the like and considerably it decreases with grow prettier ventilation, also, before open air.
Note: the complete set of physicomechanical properties occurs during 8 days. The collection of hardness occurs during 10-20 days depending on drying conditions of coating.
Preparation of enamel at the point of the work
Before the application the enamel must be mixed throughout entire volume, after which maintained before the putting around the disappearance of bubbles not less than 10 minutes. Sediment on the bottom of container is not allowed.
Of for achievement necessary viscosity (working viscosity for the airless dispersion it composes 60-70 s on [VZ]-4 with 20°[S]) is allowed the dilution of enamel to 10% of the total volume. Xylene or solvent are used as the diluents. However, if putting is accomplished at a high temperature (air and/or steel), then dilution, in spite of limitation, can become exclusively necessary to avoid of dry dispersion. With obtaining of negative results during putting of enamel it is necessary to obtain additional consultations in supplier.
Cleaning container, tool
Are used gasoline, xylene, toluene.
