Joint stock company “company the Ust'- Luga” is formed in 1992. Company is the customer- housebuilder of sea commercial port the Ust'- Luga. On the basis contract with the ministry of transport RF dated June 15, 2000 society possesses authorities to independently assume decisions on questions of financing, design, building and operation of the sea commercial port of Ust' the Luga with the attraction of state and private investments.
