Record sheet of the test of the equipment for anticorrosive coating the enamel [SBE]-111 “OF [UNIPOL]” of the internal surface of the cationite and anionite filters of Volgograd TETs-2. At the period with 21.05.02 on 28.05.02. [FOAO] “Of [volgogradenergonaladka]” conducted the tests of 12 models of anticorrosive coating for the internal surface of the cationite and anionite filters of the demineralizing installation of the chemical shop of Volgograd TETs-2. Coating the enamel [SBE]-111 “OF [UNIPOL]” is not certified before “the system of the anticorrosive coatings of the internal surfaces of equipment, conduits and structures of the thermal power stations” of M., 1981 g. “Of [soyuzenergozashchita]”. Coating is substituted down the flat metallic models by the size of 50[kh]50 mm based on two sides. Fundamental technical characteristics throughout the testing are given before the table.
Models experienced before 10% aqueous solution NaCl, 6% aqueous solution Of naOH, before 5% aqueous solution H2SO4 of those heated to (70±2)°[S] for 35 hours. Results of the testing: It is established about the results of tests that by the action of aggressive media for 35 hours at a temperature (70±2)°[S] of the not permissible changes in the anticorrosive properties of coating did not occur. Recommendations:
- To supplier to conduct the certification of coating for TES before the routine. “The certificate of correspondence for the application on TES” and to present [FOAO] “Volgograd TETs-2”
- Is possible the application of the coating with a thickness not less than 355 m for the protection of the internal surface of filters with the assumed periods of operation not more than 2-3- X of years.
- For refining the period of the service of anticorrosive coating “FOR THE SAKE OF [UNIPOL]” for the media NaCl, NaOH, to conduct additional tests at a temperature of 70[oS] during 300[chasov] before the cyclic regime.
