In August 2001 in LIK joint stock company “Of [uralkaliy]” entered the testing composition “Elaston” stamp A (new name of 2002 priming enamel [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]”).

The party of models with the coating, executed independently by means of the sandblasted surface and on ground [EP]-0199 was placed beside the atmosphere of industrial area [BPKRU]-1 (stand it was established on the roof [ABK]) and above the conveyer of hot [soleotvala] pos. R -13 of chemical factory.

It is noted with the inspection of models on the expiration of 5856 hours (8 months):

• the adhesion of the products of medium (dust KCL, NaCl), [gryazeuderzhanie];
• adhesion is satisfactory;
• there is no disturbance of the continuity of coating;
• metal under the film of gray color.

Conclusion

As a result full-scale tests it is established: this model of material “Elaston” stamp A satisfies on the part of the shielding properties, nevertheless, in appearance, softness, that provokes the adhesion of the products of test medium, does not satisfy requirements on the decorativeness.
