Due to the conditions of the increased humidity of the working cooling tower pan carried out the pilot areas beyond the surface with the coating [EP]-0199 (protection it was produced in May - June 2001).

3 section - “[Unipol]” of red-brown color.

1 and 2 sections - “[Unipol]” of the dark brown color (according to the data of producer putting this enamel can be produced under water).

The polymerization of the sections of №1 and 3 occurred due to action conditions to the air-drop medium of mineralized water. A minimum quantity of moisture fell on 2 sections.

Note: It is not discovered in 5 days in the sections of 1 and 2 external changes, in the section 3- beyond the surface are craters, probably from the broken phials. The moist regime of the forming of coating, led down the fact that the air bubbles before the nonhydrogenated film, seized during putting of paints, burst themselves.

Are executed 4 pilot areas on column and connection of the cooling tower pan of №1. enamel it was brought by means of the rusty surface of 100-120 m.

• 1 section (connection) - red-brown colored.
• 2 section (column North Western side) - red-brown colored.
• 3 section (column southeastern side) - red-brown colored.
• 4 section (column southeastern side) - dark brown colored.
