Conclusion is comprised in accordance with the technical task [OOO] “[Prinko]”, coordinated with joint stock company “Of [lenmorniiproekt]”, at the point of the fulfillment by NIR past the theme “the analysis of the durability of the coating” FOR THE SAKE OF [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol] to the action of the mineral fertilizers”.

The results of tests are given before the application down the present conclusion.

The material [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol] being investigated” with a mass fraction of non-volatile substances from 40 to 70% is the single-component mixture of ingredients, dark color, which is brought down the protected surface by brush, roller or dispersion.

In connection with the fact that the stabilization of the properties of coating occurs after eight days after its putting, all models tested taking into account this period, i.e., in eight days.

Studies of coating were conducted employing procedure of the accelerated laboratory tests (YAKUT 25-029-96), which imitate the conditions for work of steel constructions before the moist maritime climate of the temperate and tropical latitudes, before the contact with the mineral fertilizers.

Studies were carried out before the models made from carbon steel of stamp [ZS] by the sizes of 150x60 mm with the thickness of 2 mm with the clean surface and the surface with the rigidly-coupled rust, the placed before the moistened powders mineral fertilizers: ammophos, carbamide, sulfate of ammonium and chloride potassium. The thickness of coatings before the models composed 350 and 500 m.

The duration of the tests of models, placed on Wednesday mineral fertilizers, composed 1000 hours for each group.

Tests were conducted before the hydrostat, before which they were supported a constant humidity (not less than 95%) and the temperature before the range from 35 to 40°[S].

Coating state was evaluated in appearance, to adhesive properties and to the signs of corrosion beyond the surfaces of models.

As a result tests it is established:

  1. Absence of destruction beyond the surface of models.
  2. The cohesion of coating with the surface of steel models is within the limits, established Tu-10 8-2001.
  3. The color of coating after tests remained without the changes.
  4. The coating [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp B can be [rekomendovano] for the corrosion protection of the metal structures of the sea water-engineering and coast constructions, intended for the overload of the mineral fertilizers.
  5. Recommended thickness of coating the constructions, which work before the conditions of aggressive medium - 180-200 m.
