At our plant are carried out the tests on putting of priming enamel [SBE]-111 of the stamp A of gray and beige colors. Putting was conducted at a temperature plus of 10°C, 68%, putting it was produced as far as the method of pneumatic spraying, the utilized solvent solvent, working viscosity of 32 c[ek].

Results of putting the model of priming enamel of the gray color:

• Material during the storage is not formed sediment;
• The exterior view of coating - uniform film on the color and the thickness (beyond the vertical surfaces thickness is above and is below identical), are not formed drips beyond the vertical surfaces;
• The thickness of one layer of film is 30-35 m;
• Time of drying - 1 hour;
• Adhesion - 1 ball.

Results of putting the models of the beige color:

• Material during the storage is not formed sediment;
• It was brought BY [L]KM by pneumo-sprayer;
• Time of drying - 20 minutes.

Priming enamel [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of the stamp A of gray color it is included in the card index of the anticorrosive protection, accepted at our plant. For expanding the proposed possibilities we request to send the models of priming and enamels of red and white color.
