Studies it was carried out on July 4, 2003 on the moorage of № of 40-41 Western cargo region of port Novorossisk.

Coating was brought down the rusty, moist, preliminarily purified by hand surface of the metal of slip and metallic piles of the base of the moorage of № 40-41.

Enamel was brought above shoreline in the zone of moistening and it is lower than the shoreline on the mark h= of -0,5[m], by hand, by brush.

Being guided by instruction beyond putting of the enamel “Of [unipol]-[PV]” after 3 days it was produced the repeated putting of the enamel “Of [unipol]-[PV]”.

Preliminary inspection showed that after putting of the 1st layer were noted the rusty inflows on the coating after putting of the 2nd layer of [prostupleniya] and the inflows of rust overlapped.

The overall thickness of coating was 350-400 m.

Repeated inspection and testing of the painted models is produced in two weeks.

PRELIMINARY CONCLUSION:

1. Test for the adhesion by the method of perpendicular cuts showed good results.
2. The color of coating, continuity remained without the change. Cracks, bubbles, rusty inflows it is not observed.
3. The opening of enamel on the piles, on the shoreline and under water, it showed - metal under coating of dark color, without the tracks of new rust.
4. Putting the enamel “Of [unipol]-[PV]” under water, down the unpurified rusty surface, is difficult. Labor intensity and expenditure of priming enamel increases.

About the results preliminarily of conclusion the coating can be [rekomendovano] for the protection of [m]/[k] of water-engineering constructions before the maritime climate.
