1. Coating testing on the basis of the materials “Of [unipol]” down the resistance to the static action of the following liquid media:

  • Coatings on the basis “Of [unipol]” of stamp [v] (37% OF [NS]1; 96% OF [N]2S[O]4; [N]F; O -[N]3[RO]4 98%) (testing with 20°[S]);
  • Coatings on the basis of priming enamel “Of [unipol]” of stamp [VE] (chromic acid with 20°[S]; 37% OF [NS]1 with 50°[S]; 96% OF [N]2S[O]4 with 70 0[S]; [N]F with 70°[S]; acetic acid with 70°[S]; citric acid with 70°[S]; 98% of O -[N]3[RO]4 with 70°[S]);

2. Determination of the physicomechanical indices of coatings on the basis of priming enamel “Of [unipol]” of stamp AP:

  • resistance to wear (abrasion); hardness.

The sampling of paint was produced by customer. The preparation of priming enamels was conducted concerning the technical order of producer.

Conducting the tests

  1. For the determination of the resistance of coatings “Of [unipol]” (priming enamel of stamps [v], [VE], [VU]) to the static action of aggressive liquids according to GOST 9.403-80 “the coatings are varnish-and-paint. The methods for testing at the point of resistance to the static action of liquids” priming enamels brought by paint sprayer down the metallic plates (steel of 08[kP]) with the size of 60x150 mm with the thickness of 0,9 mm, the prepared according to GOST 8832-76 “materials varnish-and-paint. Methods of obtaining the paint and varnish coat for the testing”. Priming enamels diluted by xylene down the viscosity 28 s on the viscosimeter [VZ]-246 with the diameter of nozzle 4 mm. they were consecutively brought several layers of priming enamels so that the final thickness of coatings would be 500 m. Priming enamel “Of [unipol]” of stamp [VU] brought down the layer of priming enamel “Of [unipol]” Of [v]. [Vyderzhk]'s stamp the coatings throughout the tests was 15 days. Tests were carried out as far as drop method according to GOST 9.403-80 (division 4 method c). The results of tests are given before Table 1.
  2. For determining the physicomechanical indices (resistance to wear and hardness) priming enamel “Of [unipol]” of stamp AP brought by applicator down the glass plates with the size of 90x120 mm by the thickness of 1,2-1,3 mm. the thickness of coatings it composed 30-50 m. Throughout the tests the coating maintained 7 days.

Conclusion

1. The carried out tests of materials “[Unipol]”, presented to the privately held company [NPO] “Of [korrzashchita]” (Moscow, ul old [Basmannaya], [d].36, [str].2), to the action of aggressive media according to GOST 9.403-80 “coatings are varnish-and-paint. The methods for testing at the point of resistance to the static action of liquids showed that:

  • coatings “Of [unipol]” of stamp [v] maintain with 20°[S] the action of the concentrated acids: salt, sulfuric, hydrofluoric and orthophosphoric without the noticeable destruction of surface layer varnish-and-paint film;
  • coating “[Unipol]” of stamp [VE] it is stable to the following media - concentrated [N]2S[O]4, [N]F, [N]3[RO]4 and citric acid;
  • coatings “Of [unipol]” of stamp [VU] are resistant down the action of chromic acid mixture, mixture of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids, the 30% nitric acid;
  • the carried out determination of the declared physicomechanical indices [LKM] “Of [unipol]” of stamp AP - the value of the resistance of coating to abrasion (wear) - 5,5 kgf/m according to GOST 20811-75 (method a) and hardnesses of coating - 0,26 [usl].[ed]. according to GOST 5223-89, specific on the pendulum [TML], observations do not cause.
