Results of № of 24 tests of anticorrosive priming enamel Of [unipol] "
The sector of corrosion TsZL it was it tested priming enamel “Of [unipol]”. Is represented coating two stamps - B and v.
Tests were conducted according to GOST 9.403-80 “coatings varnish-and-paint. Methods for testing at the point of resistance to the static action of liquids” for 1080 hours.
Tests were conducted as follows:
- Down the metallic models they applied priming enamel of the stamp B of 3 layers.
- Down other metallic models they applied priming enamel of the stamp of C - 3 layers.
Models based on the substituted by priming enamel stamp B were loaded beside the following media: carbamide saturated; ammonium sulfate saturated; H2SO4 5%; HNO3 5%; NaOH 5%; NaOH 20%; KAC.
Models based on the stamp [v] substituted by priming enamel were loaded on Wednesday: carbamide saturated; ammonium sulfate saturated; H2SO4 5%; HNO3 5%; NaOH 20%; H2SO4 20%; HNO3 20%.
After tests the models of [poveli] itself as follows:
Coating stamp B:
- Good chemical resistance before the solution of carbamide of that saturated and the solution [KAS].
Coating stamp [v]:
- Before all media, except NaOH 20%, the priming enamel showed a good chemical resistance.
On the basis obtained results is possible application during the association of priming enamel of stamp v.
