Our company pays considerable attention down the improvement of activity before this form of design as the anticorrosive protection of the structures of buildings, construction and technological equipment and it follows the new developments in the region of the chemically resistant materials, including of varnish-and-paint.

In connection with this with reconstruction and building of the departments of the regeneration of hydrochloric acid on joint stock company “Magnitogorsk MK” and joint stock company “Of [severstal]” Cherepovets joint stock company “Giprogazoochistka” before the design documentation used the enamel [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp “before” for the protection of the metallic and concrete surfaces of the structures of buildings, and also for the protection of the external surface of equipment (storage tanks of the concentrated hydrochloric acid, worked out and [regenerirovannykh] etching solutions, which contain 18-20% hydrochloric acid and its salts).

The total volume, provided before the design documentation, was -160 tons.

Our selection of the enamel [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp “before” for these objects was selected from the specific special features, namely: enamel can be brought at an ambient temperature from minus 15 °[S] to plus of 35 °[S], is allowed putting beyond the wet and rusty surfaces of metal structures and also, that the enamel “Of [unipol]” is single-component.

Furthermore, were taken before the attention the positive results of tests against such enterprises as joint stock company “Of [uralkaliy]” , whose structures work under the influence of ions CL, and their positive opinions about the use of enamel [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp “before” in their enterprises.

All metallic surfaces for putting of the enamel “Of [unipol]” were cleaned besides different kind of [zagryazneniey], friable rust, weakly held slag, old paint for the sake of sand-blast or shot peening.

Joint stock company “Giprogazoochistka” widely uses enamel “Of [unipol]” of stamp “before” for the protection of structures. Besides the objects indicated the enamel is used on such objects as joint stock company “Arkhangel'sk [TSBK]”, joint stock company “AvtoVAZ (Volga Automobile Producing Association)” and others

The assembly organizations, which carry out varnish-and-paint works with the application of enamel “Of [unipol]”, they note simplicity of putting enamel and high quality of enamel itself.

The coating on joint stock company indicated “for the sake of Magnitogorsk MK” is exploited more than year and is in a good state.
