Conclusion about the results of the laboratory cyclic tests of enamel [SBE]-111 “[Unipol]” of stamp B beyond the rubber- resin modified basis
1. The models of the enamel [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp B are represented for the tests beside 0[PKZ] [TSL] RUP “ON “[Belaruskaliy]” of the privately held company [NPO] “Of [korrzashchita]”, Moscow.
2. Form and designation.
2.1 enamel “OF [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp B” forms the chemically resistant, high(ly)-wear-resistant and waterproof covering, which maintains a constant action of dry salts and alkalis, their concentrated solutions, the temporary action of the diluted mineral acids of mean concentrations, which corresponds to the operating conditions of warehouse accomodations and transport for the transportation of the mineral fertilizers. Enamel is intended for the corrosion protection of metallic and ferroconcrete constructions, and also equipment in the atmosphere of cold climatic zone. Quantity of models of the enamel “OF [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of the stamp B” of -1 (one).
3. Purpose of conducting tests.
3.1.[Ispytaniya] were conducted for the purpose of the determination of chemical stability the enamels “OF [SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp B” to the action of the increased humidity, salt fog, variable temperature and ultraviolet radiation.
4. Laboratory cyclic tests were conducted during 30 cycles (2880 hours). Table 1

5. Test procedure.
5.1.[Dlya] of conducting tests adapted models made from steel Of [st].[Z] according to GOST 9.083-78, degree of cleaning the surface of metallic models -2 according to GOST 9.402-80 and concrete cubes by the size of 40x40x40 mm.

7. Conclusions and recommendation.
7.1. On the basis the results of the laboratory cyclic tests enamel “[SBE]-111 “Of [unipol]” of stamp B” is recommended for the experimental-industrial tests due to the conditions of the moderately aggressive media OF SOFAS RUP “ON “[Belaruskaliy]” for the anticorrosive protection of conduits, metallic containers, transport for the transportation of the mineral fertilizers, metallic and concrete constructions, and also equipment in the cold climatic zone.
