We send to you the results of visual quality control of painting the metallic bridge spans of the bridge in [Urka] river on 824 km of motor road “Amur” Chita- Khabarovsk by priming enamel “Of [unipol] [SBE]-111” above the priming [FL]-03[K].

The priming of bridge spans is carried out at the plant producer - joint stock company “Kuznetsk metal structures” in 2003.

Bridge constructions were located beyond the construction site before the region p. Yerofey Pavlovich since June 2003. Absolute temperature of air on the project minus of 51°[S]. the calculated temperature of air of the coldest five-day week - minus of 42°[S].

Painting the installed bridge spans for the sake of priming enamel “Of [unipol] [SBE]-111” was conducted in July - August 2004. Surface preparation before the coloring - dust removal.

The estimation of exterior view and shielding properties of coating is carried out according to THE ALL-UNION STATE STAN. of 9.407-84 21.10.2004 g.

Forms of destruction, which characterize a change in the decorative properties of the coating:

• a change in the color - is visual without the changes;
• [gryazeuderzhanie] - mechanical particles are absent;
• chalking - on the cloth of the particle of pigment they are absent.

Forms of destruction, which characterize a change in the shielding properties:

• splitting, weathering, exfoliation, dissolution - are absent;
• the diameter of bubbles - 0 mm, the penetration, mm is absent;
• the diameter of corrosive centers, mm - 0.

Adhesion of the enamel “OF [SBE]-111 Of [unipol]” above ground [FL]-03[K] before the marks -1.

Testing is carried out according to ALL-UNION STATE STAN. 15140 about the method of parallel cuts.

The retesting of the quality of paint and varnish coat is carried out on January 26, 2005.

Maximally low temperature, fixed in the region at the passed winter period (2004-2005[gg]) indicated: minus of 41°[S].

It is established about the results of visual monitoring:

• a change in the color - without the changes;
• chalking - is absent;
• splitting, weathering, exfoliation - are absent;
• bubbles, corrosive centers - are absent.
